Design Development through Contract Documentation
Through the design development stage of a project, POWE Architects assist the client and QS in managing and monitoring the design and contract documentation against the programme and cost plan for the project. By also coordinating the design work undertaken by consultants, and scheduling external and internal materials, the final design specifies the workmanship necessary to complete the project in accordance with the client’s requirements.
The project management process which applies to all POWE projects ensures the best possible outcome for our clients in regard to time, cost and quality.
Contract Administration
During the construction stage POWE Architects focus on quality and undertake periodic site inspections, check work in progress and prepare reports regarding design quality control, materials selections and performance as described in the contract documents.
Cost and time constraints are monitored and administered through progress claims, extensions of time and the involvement in site meetings with the contractor and other interested parties.
Marketing
POWE Architects are experienced in assisting clients take their project’s to the market, assisting with leasing documentation for commercial projects and sales suite design and deliverables for residential projects.
